At SnapCart, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused and in original packaging


2. Return Timeframe

Returns must be requested within 3–5 days of delivery.


3. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


4. Exchange Options

We offer replacement or exchange for eligible products, subject to availability.


5. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos) at:

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products

  • Innerwear

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error → Free return

  • If not → customer may bear shipping charges
